Scott and Donna have almost 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Scott comes from a military and law enforcement background, with education and training in land conservation and wildlife management. He has extensive experience marketing antique homes and farms, as well as large tracts of land. Donna has been educated and experienced in business management, and also spent years in the hospitality industry. Customer service is part of her personality! She enjoys working with buyers and marketing waterfront properties.

Lyn Ward joined Scott & Donna Ward in April 2004 as a personal assistant. She obtained her real estate license in December 2004 and has also received certification as a Buyer's Agent. Lyn has taken many business classes and has an extensive background in customer service and office administration. She has lived in the area for 30 years and resides in Pittsfield with her husband Chris and two sons, Christopher 22 and Brian 18. She was an active member of Pittsfield Parks & Recreation, as well as running and coaching elementary and middle school basketball. She is now a Director with the Greater Pittsfield Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the BNI Group, Granite Referrals in Northwood. Chris Ward joined the EXIT team in January 2007. Chris resides in Pittsfield with his wife Lyn & 2 sons. Chris is a very community oriented person and is actively involved with rotary club, hot air balloon rally & also owns a local successful electrical business. Chris is excited to be a part of the real estate world and his knowledge of the Pittsfield & surrounding areas will make him an exceptional agent.

Sandy Briggs-Kelley joined the EXIT team in September 2010 as a real estate agent. Sandy has a background in office administration, customer service and sales. She has resided in Epsom for over 50 years. She currently lives with her husband Jeff, two dogs and two cats. She also has a daughter who she is very proud of, and a son-in-law who is deployed serving our country. Sandy aspires to specialize in horse properties. Sandy is extremely passionate about her job, loves her neighborhood and keeping up with the latest trends, and strategies so that she can pass them on to her clients.
