A Future Where There Has Never Been One Before
With EXIT, the three dimensions of building a successful future in real estate are taking listings, making sales and sponsoring. Each EXIT associate has the opportunity to duplicate themselves by introducing real estate people salespeople to management anywhere on the continent into the EXIT system through a process called sponsoring. The benefit received is perpetual or residual and its functions on a single-level basis. EXIT is not multilevel. Therefore if John sponsors Mary into EXIT, he will receive a residual bonus for doing so in an amount equivalent to 10% of the gross production that she generates. This bonus is paid out to John by EXIT’s head office as Mary’s transactions close. He can sponsor in as many salespeople as he wants to and he can do so in any EXIT office in the system. Now Mary can go and do exactly the same thing. John has paid it forward to Mary and she can multiply, duplicate and clone herself in exactly the same way. With sponsoring, they attain absolute leverage by tapping into the energies of others and creating a future where there was no future before. The sponsoring bonuses fill in the gaps between closings and act as a supplement in the present tense and a retirement plan and beneficiary benefit for the future. Should they choose to retire, the residual reduces to 7% but continues to be paid to them for as long as those that they sponsored generate business. If that’s over the next ten, twenty, or thirty years, then that’s how long those bonuses are paid out. As a beneficiary benefit, the bonuses are residually paid out by Head Office at the rate of 5%. This is good for them, their families, and it’s good for the Broker. EXIT has added leverage to both sides of the equation. Now salespeople and brokers can work together arm in arm and build the operation as a team and eliminate the downside risk that has been the residue of other competitive systems.
